> 3 dayAfter ages of using Norton, I was sick of their add-ons and insistence that I buy an auto-renewing product. I have a Masters in SW and was a senior manager at a large aerospace company, so I think I can manage my affairs rather than have Otto do it for me. Insulting, Norton!

> 3 dayWhile anytime one ventures into the wild world of the internet there is a security risk, this risk is greatly increased in public locations such as cafes, airports, and hotels. Unless the interloper is extremely technically sophisticated and has a lot of time on their hands, the text they will see will be gibberish. If nothing else, the software would likely send the interloper to work on a much softer target (that is transmitting unencrypted, plain text messages).

> 3 dayUsing the malwarebytes screwed up my Surface III a lot, and did not help one bit!

> 3 dayI received a code card from 2017 and the second I set it to my account compromised. I contacted malware bytes and the code was valid but sold in bulk so unless I bought it from them no support without using an existing account with a credit card. To anyone who gets a key from amazon if it’s not from 2020 and before return it. I am no longer buying discount key codes and to everyone beware of older keys. It works but yeah it is a risk.

> 3 dayThis used to be lifetime license. Now the price is just too high, they had some deals last year but the deals this Christmas are too expensive. I will no longer use them until it comes down to 8 dollars a year for one PC. I had 3 pcs licensed for this last year and just got finished uninstalling it on all three computers.

> 3 dayI had Norton which is a great product but got very noisy with constant upgrades being offered and automatic changes to my browser and reminders to upgrade....
