Pros: Malwarebytes is now a subscription-based software product, and is my go-to first line defender to keep my personal laptop free of malware, ransomware and viruses. Bad actors abound and can infect your PC from the invaders lurking on innocent websites like MSN, Yahoo, and others! The basic websites are fine, but their advertisers are NOT!! Many of the articles you click on are carrying malware! I love and trust Malwarebytes, so much so that before I retired, I deployed it across our 30-pc business network and NEVER had any issues, even with users that violated company policy constantly visiting dangerous websites. Thats because Malwarebytes is real time protection that stops bad stuff from even getting in. I have my scans set to run once a week (they run daily by default). I recommend this product heartily.

This product just plain works and works well. I gave only one star for tech support because I have not had to call them at all. I have used this anti-malware software for years and will continue to use it.

This is my second Malwarebytes purchased, I am very happy with this program. I like that it lasts for 18 months. I ordered this so close to my other Malwarebytes expiring within days, BUT I received it the day before mine expired....SO HAPPY with the service I received. Thank you!

I installed Malwarbytes for Win10 on my laptop and the next day when I tried to open other programs like Edge, Excel and Word, nothing opened except Malwarebytes. I tried rebooting and running Troubleshooter to no avail. So after 1-2 hrs of trying different ideas I uninstalled Malwarebytes and my laptop worked flawlessly. WebRoot and Microsoft Security never caused these issues on my laptop. So I returned the box to Amazon for a full refund.

Have no ability to set scan of all files, big shortcoming

Ive had Malwarebytes Premium for a couple of years and it works great. I purchased this license through Amazon because it is a better price than auto-renewal through Malwarebytes. I just got it today and entered the license key on the Malwarebytes I am already using. I have a couple of days on my old license that I think I lost. I was hoping it would use the old license and start the new one. Not 100% sure if that is happening. When this is up in 18 months I will buy again from Amazon if they still have good prices on it.

The package arrived on time as promised. Im still waiting a while to see if this software actually lives up to the hype. So far, no issues.

I did the install and had questions about running Windows 10 Defender in sync. It said it could be done but instructions confusing. Email was the only way to contact customer service. Not a good approach when security is at stake.

Using the malwarebytes screwed up my Surface III a lot, and did not help one bit!
