Malwarebytes 4.5 Latest Version 2022 Antivirus Software | Amazon Exclusive | 18 Months, 2 Devices (PC, Mac, Android) [software_key_card]

I bought this program 1 year ago. My computer was infected with malware and this program was not able to remove the infection. I talked to someone in Malwarebytes customer service and he gave me instructions that did not work. I finally had to work with people from both McAfee and Adobe to get the infection entirely removed. The real annoyance started when I decided not to renew my subscription and not to upgrade. I got an ad from them appearing on the screen about every hour. Closing the ad only makes it disappear for about 1 hour . I get more than 5 ads a day.

I haven using malwarebytes for long time along anti-virus. Amazon offer of 18 months on 2 pcs was ideal fore me. This provides with extra safety as it warns upfront. Once during travel it detected port scan and I shut my laptop for safety. Recommend it

Easy to install old virus program expired.

I’m not sure why I bought a physical item when it was just a key code in the box. I was thinking it had an install disk. Nope. Gotta download it.

Good luck if you’ve got a problem with this product. Been trying to contact customer service for 2 days, wait times exceed 20 minutes. Not acceptable...

I installed Malwarbytes for Win10 on my laptop and the next day when I tried to open other programs like Edge, Excel and Word, nothing opened except Malwarebytes. I tried rebooting and running Troubleshooter to no avail. So after 1-2 hrs of trying different ideas I uninstalled Malwarebytes and my laptop worked flawlessly. WebRoot and Microsoft Security never caused these issues on my laptop. So I returned the box to Amazon for a full refund.

Updating of existing software license. No installation issues or operating issues

This was listed as 2 devices for 18 months. When it arrived, it was in the 5 devices/ 1 year box. There as a sticker on the outside of the box that said Amazon exclusive/ 18 months /2 devices. I pulled out the card and it was the 5 devices / 1 year . I proceeded with the install because I am too trusting. Gee... what a surprise. It was for 5 devices/ 1 year. The attached photo shows the sticker on the box.

I did the install and had questions about running Windows 10 Defender in sync. It said it could be done but instructions confusing. Email was the only way to contact customer service. Not a good approach when security is at stake.

First, I almost never write reviews. I buy too much stuff, and if it performs as expected then all is good. But once in a while, you get something that is unexpected. That is what I found with Malwarebytes.
