> 24 hourThese are the only pacifiers my two babies would accept. Lasted a long time with no issues. Theyre orthodontically considered the best for development. And the glow in the dark feature is key in the middle of the night! I found the 0-6 month size useless with both kids. They couldnt keep it in their mouth and went right for the 6+ size.
