Comfort

The backpack is a good size. My son was initially thrilled with it, but unfortunately it is poorly made. The first strap broke at the backpack at 4 months, we sewed it back on but it broke again this morning. The strap itself tore off, but the stitching is still there. Maybe it is a bad batch of straps, but we are very disappointed. Changed my rating from one star to three because they offered a full refund. The seller did not request that I edit this review.

I wish there was more padding, but the backpack is big enough for my Alienware m17. Be careful when you’re setting your backpack down since there’s little to no padding and the strap holding the laptop usually unstraps itself in the backpack. It fits my binder and my other school stuff too. It’s big but not waterproof.
