Having 2 QR plates is handy switching between lens, satisfied with the product, 1/4 to 3/8 screw & lock are good additions, 1/4 screw material looks little different from one I got with mount, all in all Manfrotto.

Although the Amazon description does not say so, this is the 200PL Quick Release Plate. I bought it for use on a Manfrotto MH804-3W head and although slightly different this plate fits as well as the original. It has the advantages that it can be used with a camcorder that needs the VHS pin (choice of three positions) and it has the optional 3/8 inch thread adapter as well. The ring for tightening the screw is larger than the original making it easier to use when wearing gloves or if you are ham-fisted like me! Well worth the money!

Even though I bought the original tripod over 10 years ago, this plate is identical to the original and it allows me to use either a camper or spotting scope with my tripod. It takes less than one minute to switch between them,

Excellent product.

Fit of the feet onto the spike is very firm, you may need to push it against a hard surface to get it to fit flush. This is a good thing for general usage.

Great value for your money! Would purchase again.
