Manhattan Toy Wimmer-Ferguson See and Say Board Book

I like to leave one of these in each of my twins cribs so they can look at them as they fall asleep and when they wake up. They really seem to enjoy them. I think that having these in the crib is technically discouraged by the SIDS education campaign, but I have difficulty envisioning how a kid could get into trouble sticking his nose into one of these.

I put this on my baby registry and Im so glad that I did. Its hard to play with newborns and entertain them during their awake hours, but this board does the trick. We will prop it up on the back cushion of the couch and my daughter will lay down and stare at it for a long time. It helps to calm her when she is upset, and she will often fall asleep while looking at it. We have also started using it in the car so that she has something to look at when she wakes up during longer roadtrips. It helps us to avoid those highway meltdowns. I would recommend this as the only toy you need on your registry.

I really appreciate Manhattan toys and the Wimmer-ferguson items. Infants love to look at the pictures and the contrasts. My grandchildren and I loved the pictures when they were little, so I now purchase these items as gifts for all baby showers. Hopefully they will continue to be as much of a blessing to the next generation as they were to this one.

Baby likes it, easy to hang off of stroller or lounger. The magnets at the end to fold it into a triangle is a nice touch for tummy time toy

This mobile is great. I use it on my babys car seat handle and she loves looking at it during car rides and during strolls in her stroller. I bring it along in her diaper bag when shes not in her car seat too. The toys are an interesting mix of patterns and one side has a mirror. Great high contrast toy for visual stimulation.

My two month old loves loves loves this! He can lay on his back and look at the pictures for a long time. Its also great for tummy time.

Baby (7 weeks) loves looking at this. Its probably her favorite thing.

Makes noise but, not too much. My 4 month old loves the crinkle noise this Roy makes. Its a perfect fit to attach to his car seat.
