My nine week old son loves “studying” the shapes and patterns on the black and white side. If he’s really fussy and I can get him to stop crying long enough to focus on this, it calms him right down and he will just stare at it, mesmerized for such a long time. Can’t wait until he’s old enough to appreciate the colored side too!

Baby loves this. Bought when she was 2 months old and loves it daily. Currently at 3 months. Loves the black/white contrast. Small enough for diaper bag, car etc.

I bought these for my daughter because I read so many wonderful things about the toy in terms of development. While my daughter (now 4 months) will look at the shapes, she doesnt seem all that interested in them. She will hold one for a few seconds and then just throws them aside. They are too big for her to do much with. She has been more interested in the other Manhattan Baby toys that I purchased for her, such as Mr. Whoozit. She likes to grab and reach so big shapes just dont do it for her.

It was a lot smaller than I thought it was when I purchased it but my baby loved it for the first four months or so. It was so versatile you could tie on the crib or wherever for something to look at.

Buy it. Is it creepy? yup. Will your baby love it? Yup. This was the first toy my newborn could see and track due to the high contrast. We started her with it at 2 days old. At 7.5 months she still loves it and has great visual tracking. I recommend this creepy toy to all my momma friends because it helps so much with visual development. All the moms we’ve gotten it for or recommended it to said their littlest love it!

My two month old has many other toys but this is the only that gets his feet kicking and he will stare at it the entire time hes awake. I love it! I wish they had more products like this to attach to his play thing
