Seems like a solid bag. Stylish, shoulder straps are wide and padded for good comfort, and its a very practical flat/rectangular shape. Most backpacks are floppy and dont hold their shape unless stuffed (i.e. theyll never look like the picture), but this one actually has a hard shell. The zippers are YKK branded, for those who care. The carrying handle is oversized and very convenient/comfortable to grab. It fits my laptop and all its accessories (charger, mouse, cooling pad) as well as a number of other tech accessories (extra chargers, power bank, headphone case). Theres enough room to toss in a couple extra things beyond that (ipad?), but not anything bulky like a water bottle. The main downside is that the internal organization isnt great. Its OK, but the pockets arent mesh so you cant see inside them, some are hard to get your hand into, and I wish there were a few more of them. Also, the charging port weirdly includes micro USB. Not like it matters since it has regular USB too, but... Strange.

It is exactly good as described!!! Super sturdy and nice materials. I luckily tested it with rain today and it has very nice water resistance. The breathing back is also very good with the stripes. Its absolutely good for commuting. I like it a lot and already looking at other product from Markryden!

Im the kind of person who loves backpacks, and I think this particular one is nearly perfect as a slim backpack. Its slick, stylish, and lightweight, and I think it has almost all of the right things. Its got numerous pockets - a hidden pocket in the back cushion for valuables, a strap pocket for bus or subway cards, a bigger pocket with mesh lining on the inner backpack, and a couple of smaller ones in the outer portion of the backpack. My 15.6 laptop fits comfortably into the cushioned laptop pocket. Theres also a working USB outlet for phone chargers (charger not included). The ergonomic straps and cushioned backing are also a big plus - they make this backpack comfortable to wear. A luggage strap is also included. If there were three things I were picky about, it might have been these: First, there is no water bottle holder. Im sure the addition of one might have ruined the nice, minimalist look of the backpack. However, maybe even adding a water bottle pouch on the inside would have been great. Second, a keyring holder might have been nice, though they could probably fit easily on any one of the easy-reach zippered pockets. So, this may not be the biggest deal. Third, I think the padded tablet pocket could be bigger. It only goes halfway down the backpack, and my 13.3 tablet does not fit in it. It *barely* fits (almost awkwardly) a Surface Pro. It would probably be most perfect for something like a Kindle. Overall, I think the above three things dont really diminish my opinion of this backpack. I think it is well made, and just generally looks great. Its great for a person who wants to take along a few necessary items, but doesnt want to carry them in something big and bulky.

Ive bought a Mark Ryden bag before one of theyre early ones and Ive always loved the look. It works. However due to the almost hard kinda of material on the exterior dont expect to hold wide things in this which much success. I also hate this trend of all bags having an exterior usb port... Looks ugly!!!
