Mary Ellens Best Press 32 oz. Lavender Fields

I really wanted to love this, but wasn’t that impressed. Maybe it was just over hyped by others. I thought I would get a really crisp finish and I did not. It does help some in getting deep wrinkles out, but I didn’t see that it was all that much better than the spray can starch you can buy for a couple of dollars. I ordered the lavender scent and it was very chemical smelling. Would not order that scent again. Finally I thinned mine out with some water and thought it performed better that way. All in all, I was disappointed. Would I order again? Maybe. I’m on the fence.

Great product

I use this product when ironing my sheets and pillow cases. It adds a subtle fragrance without being overwhelming or subject guests to allergy reactions. Our guests quite frequently comment about their peaceful sleep. Even if one does not iron, sprits your bedding for the benefits of lavender fragrance.

Really do like Best Press. Took awhile for it to be delivered.

Works great for quilting!

I really like how this starch feels on new fabric. I do not pre-wash my fabrics and this starch helps size up the fabric and provide less shrinkage. It does not leave starchy deposits/residue nor leave the fabric stiff. It simply makes the fabric crisp.
