I was gifted these in the wide mouth variety and was so impressed by them that I bought them in this size as well. Now I can have two or three jars working on sprouts at a time while a finished jar sits in my fridge. Ive been sprouting broccoli and alfalfa, which have teeny tiny seeds and the screen is a fine enough mesh to contain the seeds. I also sprout larger seeds like lentils for my chicken and it works just fine for those as well. I like the silicone caps that are also included; they keep my sprouts fresh in the fridge for weeks! I only wish that they came with 2 extra rings do that once my full jars of sprouts are transferred to the fridge, I can go ahead and start another round.

Stainless steel and are perfect for setting up sprouting jars. Wish they werent made in China- but seem quality and work perfectly. Have purchased more a few times now as this is a great product.

These are great quality and will not rust! Every lid should be made like these. Accidentally paired the screen with another lid and it rusted on the screen. Unless you are only using dry goods with your mason jars, these lids are a must!

One of the rings arrived damaged and the seller replaced it with two bands and a silicone lid. The product seems durable. Looking forward to healthy broccoli sprouts.

This mesh rid is perfect for the purpose. I grow broccoli sprouts. The seeds are very small but the mesh is small enough.

Very easy to use and make great sprouts, will not rust, easy to clean and drain water from sprout seeds, a wonderful product from company.

My Mason jar sprouting lids arrived. Waiting for the seeds, so I havent used them yet. Theyre (the lids) pretty and shiny ;-) and the quality looks exceptional. Based on their function, Im going to assume all of the rating features are going to be great. I like the silicone inserts that replace the lids once the seeds have sprouted which means I can change tops and use the same jar to store the sprouts in the fridge.

I ordered this two pack and gave one to my daughter because although we love sprouts, we dont go thru them that fast. So far Ive made 2 batches and they turned out great. I am currently trying to sprout some flower seeds for planting. I am NOT a green thumb so dont really know if this will work but its worth a try. The stainless seems to be good quality and are made well. I dont expect them to rust. I like the silicone lids that come with them to use for storing. Well thought out product and good quality.
