I dont think you could find a better travel backpack. This has pockets and zippers galore. Plenty of room for everything you can carry, lightweight and comfortable, too. Fits under the aircraft seat in front of you and it is regulation size for a personal item, 18 x 14 x 8. (Spirit Air) Just dont overstuff! Will fit a laptop - no problem. I think all the zippered pockets make it more secure. Has two outside mesh pockets for a small or medium water bottle.

This backpack is DEFINATELY more than I bargained for. I was under the impressions that it only came with a few pockets here and there. The external charging port was handy and all and one of the reasons I bout it but, MAN! This thing has pockets and zippers GALORE! I counted 6 externally and in most of those 6 zip locked compartments are smaller compartments that can be used! Definitely a good choice for traveling, not so sure for hiking. I live in the Caribbean. WE DONT DO THAT but, I digress. Not sure on the longevity but, I recommend it!

I recently returned from a 3-week vacation using this backpack. Overall, I liked everything about it and am glad I made this purchase. However, so you dont make the same mistake I did, I want to warn you about how I zipped up the two larger compartments. I took the zipper pulls from each side and zipped them to come together at the top. While walking through an airport in London an employee stopped me and asked if I knew my backpack was opened. I discovered that due to the weight of what I had packed in the backpack, and it was not heavy, but was enough to pull open the zippers so contents could easily fall out. Thankfully I did not lose anything, thanks to the person who warned me in time. So instead of zipping the compartments with the zipper pulls at the top, I zip the compartments so they are closed at the bottom, on either side, and I had no more open backpack issues.

Bought for the plane for my move to Florida, used as a carry on. I packed it full. It had tons of room. Good quality, still in good condition after a year.

Soace enough for muh computer. Able to pack an overnight stay.

I liked that it has lots of pockets and is stylish and easy to carry. I didnt really like the steel bar at the opening because it limits how wide you can get the bag open. I would have found it more useful to have a wider opening. I used the bag as a personal item on a United Flight. I might have chosen something less expensive but a year ago the carrier seemed to have stricter limits that Delta or American. But I did and still do enjoy it. Roomy inside, place for laptop and space for a book, toiletries, phone charger, battery pack and a few clothing items.

I like the size, the material is sturdy but attractive. Well designed.
