I am very pleased with this backpack. Sometimes it is so hard to figure out from pictures if it is the right size. I am leaving on an international flight soon and it fits everything I need to take on board.

I absolutely love this backpack. So many different pockets to stay organized. Love the color. The fabric seems to be study enough that it will last. Would definitely buy again.

I purchased this for a trip to Italy. It was great on the airplane. There is a strap that slipped over my rolling carry-on which made it easy to roll through the airport. There were enough pockets to help with organization. I did not carry a laptop so I cant address that aspect of the backpack.

I shouldve gotten this bag from last year. Nevertheless, Im glad I got it when I did. I like how their is a main compartment separate from the laptop and tablets compartment. So, theres a reduced risk of your devices being scratched by folders. I bring this to work every day with the same things I used to bring in my other work bag, and it feels as if my bag is almost empty. I also like the secret compartment at the back for when Im travelling out of town, I can stash some emergency cash there.

Took this on a work trip recently where I had to take my laptop. This backpack worked perfectly. I could easily access what I had in it. Plus I was surprised how much room there was. And was super easy to get through security at airport. Highly recommended for anyone needing a good backpack for traveling this summer.

I havent used it yet but I think it will be ideal for my trip to France and Belgium. It will hold a small umbrella, my folding cane, and a sweater as well as hold the things I normally carry in a purse. Lots of compartments.

Our family recently took a trip to Europe, and we all used one of these backpacks because it was the right dimensions to serve as a personal item on the plane (allowing each of us an additional carry on). We used these backpacks everywhere. The security pocket gave us peace of mind for cash, cards, and our passports. The structure of the bag kept everything well organized for planes, trains, and automobiles. It was lightweight enough to accompany us on our daily treks and hikes, and we would definitely recommend it for travel!

Worked it just right

I just received this backpack so Im assuming it will hold up over time as others have indicated. Overall, Im happy with the material its made from, the zippers, and its light weight. I like the almost invisible side zippered compartment and the small zippered compartment on the back. Its replacing a backpack that Ive had for over 18 years and loved, so I doubt that Ill find anything that I feel is perfect. I had to buy the larger size backpack in order to get the width I needed to carry standard size file folders with the long, folded side down and for other things that I carry. This backpack is 19 tall which is taller than any Ive ever had, so Im not sure how it will fit under the seat in front of me on an airplane (I travel a lot). Itll probably be ok if I dont stuff it full. What prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that it doesnt have a reinforced bottom on the outside, so theres no extra padding for my laptop and nothing to take the brunt of the backpack sitting on rough surfaces. It would have been nice if the small, zippered compartment on the front was deeper. Its only about 6 3/4 deep and theres extra space where they could have lengthened it by several more inches. Im not crazy about the idea that the back compartment opens up flat because I dont feel that I can put things in that section that might fall out; so if there had been an additional large zippered compartment (even a mesh zippered compartment) in that section, it would have been nicer. Despite the negatives, I think this will be an adequate backpack for my needs.
