It was a mild surprise. I use the item to transport stuff, back and forth to work.

My son has been using this bag for about two months as his school bag. We really like that it has a number of different compartments. He can put folders in one area, his computer in another, and books, papers, and pencils in other compartments. The straps and zippers seem to be of good quality. The plug-in for a phone and charger is cool, but he hasnt used it yet. I think one other thing I would like on a bag like this is a strap or attachment mechanism between the two straps once the bag is put on. This helps keep the straps from slipping off and keeps the bag snuggly on the back. But this is a great backpack.

The material is beautiful - it’s not a cheap straight black, but more soft, slate black with a brushed look. Placement of pockets are ideal, excellent fabric, and my kid loves it! Plenty of room for everything.

This is my second backpack like this and the only one Ill buy from here on out. I have a bad back and this bag doesnt hurt my back or shoulders. Its very spacious and has plenty of pockets. My favorite feature is the water resistance. It protects my laptop from the rain.

Very sturdy and has a lot of room with different pockets and you can just wipe clean with damp cloth . I love it will order again when needed

I brought it a few weeks ago now it’s my favorite bag. It has enough space so that i can put everything i want. This is a perfect bag pack for me.

The material and size are good, straps are comfortable and the compartment sizes work fine. Unfortunately the usb receptacle built into the backpack never worked and ripped off after one use, leaving a thumb size hole in the side of the pack. Not ideal.

The backpack is very sturdy and light at the same time. The straps are cushioned so that even a heavy load is easy to carry. It has many compartments and a charging connector as well. It is not flashy thankfully.
