I bought this for a trip to Hawaii. It has plenty of space and is easy to use. Zippers slide easily and pockets are roomy. I love the USB device, especially in the airports. I connected my battery bank and was able to charge and use my iPad and iPhone without interruption. This bag is sturdy and remained clean throughout my 12 day trip.

My 17” HP laptop won’t fit in the designated compartment and the zippers won’t close. Why they even advertise this as a 17” laptop backpack is beyond me. A good quality backpack, but I’m knocking two stars off because if fails to do what it’s supposed to do.

This is a great backpack. Its roomy and sturdy and can hold alot of stuff, but I do not over stuff it. I switched my laptop bag given to me from my employer for this one and do not regret it. My children now use this backpack over any you can buy in a store. Its durable and so far has held up for several years. I have the grey one so I cannot speak for the other colors/styles. If you have been thinking you want this backpack but you are on the fence, just get it, you wont be disappointed.

I have traveled to nearly 30 countries and discovered early on that I dislike checking in luggage. I always try to avoid this and have tried countless carry-on bags and backpacks over the years. In fact, I think there are around a dozen in my closet now! Happily I will be donating all of them this week! I just arrived home from a 10 day trip from Seattle to Tahiti and used just this pack and a small travel purse. I found the pack to be very roomy, forgiving, and high quality in: design, materials, stitching and assembly. I love the many different types of pockets - most of which are nice and deep. So deep that I kept thinking I hadn’t packed my favorite dress during the first 2 days! On the return trip my pack was stretched to it’s limits with gifts and I feared I’d bust a zipper or two. You know, one of those times where you know you should stop tugging for that very reason but go on tugging anyway! I am happy to report there was no busting! As for comfort, this gets another A+. I had a back injury years ago and for this reason I am extremely picky about what I wear. This pack is very lightweight and does not have any irritating hardware poking into you. I am absolutely confident that I have finally found the perfect bag and will be primarily using it from now on. It’s on sale right now and I’m going to buy another one - how many times do we buy something we really like, wear it out, and then kick ourselves for not buying another one at the time? Honestly, I only write reviews when I have bought something terrible and think others would like to know about (like an easily tipped space heater) or something that is worthy of high praise - like this perfect backpack.

Great choice for travelling or hiking. When I travel for business I have 2 laptops with me, so I wish the pockets were padded on both sides of each pocket. Other than that I love it.
