> 3 dayLove the idea of a leash with triple handles, but today it tore in half while our dog was moving around in the car, and he is not a problem dog. We were shocked. It didnt separate at any stitching, the nylon itself just failed. We also purchased a pink one for our girl, but cannot use it with confidence that it will not fail as well. These were purchased February 19th, 2020 and have only been used a handful of times as we havent been out since the Covid-19 lockdown on March 17th. We are really disapointed in the quality of this product.

> 3 dayGreat leash! We have a two handle leash from Max and Neo and accidentally ordered the triple handle one for our second dog. After getting it and trying it. I had to order a second triple handle leash. We now have two of them for our large breed dogs (combined weight of 175+ pounds) and they are great. This leash give us the flexibility to keep a close hold of our girls when the situation warrants while letting them roam when appropriate. Really like the heavier hardware and clip. The padded handles are easier on the hands and wrist.

> 3 dayI love that there are three different hand holds. It enables me to much better control my dog in different situations, and yet be able to give him the freedom of the full leash when it is appropriate. All three of the handles are padded, so they are easy on my arthritic hands, and the different placement of the handles enable me to use two at a time if he is particularly rambunctious. I REALLY LOVE that this company has also donated a leash just like I bought to a rescue group! I am proud that I supported this charitable activity.

07-06-2025I have used this leash now for over a year. The construction is solid. It’s been a perfect training leash for my dog working on heeling with the up close handle, walking campgrounds with the mid level handle and for skinny trail hiking in the woods on the longest handle.

05-06-2025I love this leash. I first used one at the shelter I volunteer at and can attest to the generous donations that Max and Neo make which makes me super happy to support them. The leash is sturdy, reflectors are very effective, and the handles are awesome - padded but don’t make the leash heavy like others I’ve tried. I can confidently walk my dog, who can be leash reactive, and know I can keep him at a safe distance to me depending on the situation we’re in. Oh and it has a ring to clip poop bags or to clip it together on my neck when we’re at the dog park.

Max and Neo Dog Gear is named after my dog Neo and my brother"s dog Max. Both dogs lived happy lives in Arizona. When Neo passed away, I began fostering rescue dogs. It became apparent to me that running dog rescues required alot of resources in both time and money. Max and Neo Dog Gear was started to help dog rescues with their never ending need for dog supplies.
We are proud to be able to offer this program which will provide a constant supply of dog leashes to dog rescues. While a simple leash may not seem like much, each donated leash allows dog rescues to reserve its funds for other much needed services such as medical bills, spaying, neutering, and dog food.
