I had this for a little over a year. It started to overheat and almost started a fire. It was used as an extension for a gas stove ignition. They don’t use much power at all so I would assume that it had a poor connection inside the plug.

I needed this because my small refrigerator cord wont reach the outlets. I liked the swivel plug because no one else can decided to make a standard plug direction anymore so I have to play Tetris with my power cords.

Perfect length for my air conditioner.

Rotating plug is a super win. When you live in an older house and that 3rd prong gets put at the top it can be problatic. This plug is hearty and perfect for our use.

Dont know why none of the hardware stores carry rotating flat plug extension cords--they used to. Nowadays. flat plugs, yes;. rotating, no. But this one rotates fully, so if space is tight and you need your cord to run off in a particular direction, this is what you want. Quality is good.
