I was able to fit 3 pairs of shoes and my makeup bag plus a few odds and ends into the bag. I do wish it had been designed to extend vertically- as you travel, one can accumulate more. Hoping someone sees my review and adds that new design aspect to a future model!

Traveled to Florida with this bag. Love all the different areas in it for all your things. Plenty of room inside the main compartment.product is made really well. Fits under plane seat easily and allows easy access to anything you need from it.

I have taken this bag on four airline flights to date. It is very durable yet lightweight. I really like the multiple pockets . This bag is a definite keeper. Fits easily in an overhead compartment or under a seat.

I cant wait to get it - the reviews I read were fantastic.

So Ive had this carry-on for about a year and have used it a few times. Ive discovered what I consider a design flaw in that it really doesnt stay secure when you stack it on top of a larger bag and roll the twosome. There is a strap that goes over the larger bag handle that is supposed to secure with velcro. The velcro doesnt stay closed and the carry-on bag slips around and ends up dragging on the ground. This generally doesnt happen on a smooth surface but I roll my bags all over Europe and when you are going up and down curbs or are on cobblestone or other rough surfaces the jostling vibrates the carry-on right off the larger roller bag. My old Samsonite was better designed than this Travel-Pro is. The stitching is coming loose also because of the strain that occurs with the velcro not being secure. Other than this, which is pretty major, it is a nice looking bag. I wish it was a little larger though.

We have had this a little over a month and the zipper broke on this before we even used it. The tags are still on it.

I looked through I think every available soft side luggage on Amazon before deciding on the Travelpro Maxlite suitcase and carry-on. I needed to replace my old Samsonite suitcase, which I loved, but it was time to retire, and the Samsonite bags available when I was shopping were not exactly what I wanted. These bags are great, lightweight for the size, expandable, easily paired with the strap on the back of the carry-on, maneuver easily. The only thing my previous Samsonite bags had that I wish this one did, is a leak preventor zip pocket. But Ive always packed liquid things in ziploc bags to hopefully minimize leakage - still just would like the added bonus of the leak preventor zip pocket. My other reason for choosing this particular set is that I wanted a color that wasnt garish but also would stand out among the sea of bags on the baggage claim - I LOVE this dusty rose color and have received regular compliments on it. The carry on is big enough to carry my 15 inch laptop in a padded sleeve plus plenty of other items. Very happy with both pieces!
