Very easy to take old ones off and even easier to put the new ones on. Tested them immediately, and was not disappointed. They work very well, and were well worth the money to replace.

Installation was very quick. Holds the hood up really well. When you have both of them installed and you need to pull down on the hood as it feels like the hood is stuck in the up position. Just apply a little pressure to pull down the hood to close. Very good product.
