The fully extended stroke length is too short. Hood does not open as high as the oem hood strut. Making access to the engine bay a bit smaller from the lesser opening.

Direct fit to my 97 LX450. No modification needed. Easy isntall. 10 minute job.

Worked great, instructions were not helpful. Just take off the old and put on the new, don’t overthink it.

Replacement for 97 landcruiser. Install super easy. 12 m Socket and 12 mm thin wrench. Install tip - secure bottom nut and then ball socket in hood. Then pop in strut ball joint. Easily 1 banana job. Great cheep replacement.

Works great I messed up and thought it didn’t turn positions but turns out it was just a bit to turn it to make it work. Holds up great!!

2003 Toyota Landcruiser fit perfect .Took 10 minutes to change.
