This is a straight up scam to sell you a separate charge for Firewall protection. Your product key won’t download and then your given instructions to download this site and a tech will call you. The tech then tells you that the software can’t be loaded and provides you with Firewall protection packages starting at $99.00 and going up to $159.00. Straight up scam and I used another Virus protection company with no issues.

I’m very upset when I removed tab 25 digit code was not visible. What a scam. I definitely want my money back!!!!!!
