    Second attempt at trying to load the information from the Amazon provided card. McAfee refuses to accept the information. McAfee customer service wants me to pau for free install and also wants me to buy yet another subscription.

    If you have been renewing your McAfee protection for years and try to do so with the 2023 release, beware that the device system requirements have changed. Many previous OS versions have been dropped and are no longer supported which means you cannot load the 2023 protection on your device. You will be stuck with a useless download code and McAfee will tell you that since you did not purchase direct from them, they have no obligations.
