Product is hard to use and it’s easier getting teeth pulled than getting any customer support from McAfee. Once installed , it works fine and worth the money. If you are not a little bit techno savvy you may need help.

If you have been renewing your McAfee protection for years and try to do so with the 2023 release, beware that the device system requirements have changed. Many previous OS versions have been dropped and are no longer supported which means you cannot load the 2023 protection on your device. You will be stuck with a useless download code and McAfee will tell you that since you did not purchase direct from them, they have no obligations.

Having some difficulties with this and will be reaching out to Amazon Support or McAfee support.

Installed into my computer with ease. Started scanning my system right away. Great product.

Second attempt at trying to load the information from the Amazon provided card. McAfee refuses to accept the information. McAfee customer service wants me to pau for free install and also wants me to buy yet another subscription.

I have used McAfee for over 20 years and have never had any problems with my computer.

My subscribe not expire until next month.I will install after my expire. Last year I installed too early. They count the day is beginning from that day I install. I lost month and half of my subscription.
