I have a new HP desktop and my McAfee ran out so I decided to renew with this card. It did not work so called the number on the card, the first man who sounded like he was out of the states could not get it to work even after he took over my computer. Then he gave up and turned me over to another person who very quickly pointed out a lot things wrong with my computer and wanted $704 to fix it! My computer is brand new less than 3 months old and has been working very well. I think my computer was going to hijacked.

I was pleased at how McAfee worked when first installed but now having doubts. First to go was the scan and shut down function that disappeared after an update only to reappear sporadically, Now the notify when scan done function hit or miss. Makes you wonder how good the virus algorithms are at finding malicious code. Probably switching back to Norton when my subscription up for renewal. 12/31/2021 Update I keep getting Your McAfee subscription has expired spam mail from 3dr party senders. I never had this with Norton, McAfee selling subscribers information?

I got this while it was on sale. I got it for a great deal!! It was extremely easy to install on my computer and my children’s computers. It’s very easy to set up and you can customize it to run a security scan every so often.

I disliked the McAfee auto-renewal. They auto-renewal my former subscription so I had to call them and cancel that subscription and then load the one that I purchased from you. Customer service was a person who had a thick accent. Make sure you turn of auto-renewal.

I like feeling Rich work work and easy to use no hassles no problems products wish came with true key but it doesnt.

The other reviewers saying this is a scam dont know how to properly use. You install the product using the key code. Then you will be lead to indicate if you want to install on other devices. You will get a email which you can then open on those devices and download and install the software. If you have McAfee on a device already you will have to uninstall first. My computer download promoted this. On my phone I had to uninstall first and then reinstall the new updated version.

Installed easily on primary device, but Mcafee servers quickly overloaded. Cannot install on second device
