This is my second set. Great product BUT they are close to impossible to separate upon arrival. They are stacked together. Takes a lot of strength and patience to get them apart.

Product is fine but could not separate the bins. They were nested one in the other so tightly I needed to get a hair dryer to heat the outer bin to get them apart. Took 30 minutes of working them back and forth. Not with the effort!

slide a wood shim on all 4 sides between the first 2 totes to separate and break the plastic bond. slide a shim between the first 2 totes on the long side and leaving them in. one shim on each long side with a decent gap. 1/8 plus. set the totes long side down (base towards you , handles away) on a towel to protect the finish. Grab one corner of the tote to be removed near the handle. while holding on to the other tote edge near the shimmed gap. press down firmly and wiggle up and down pushing away from your body separating the 2. Work the other corner on the same side. Flip tote over and repeat to all for corners. You will eventually hear a cracking sound that indicates that the totes are moving. With a few more repetitions it will release. breaking the bond with a wood shim on all four sides is necessary. wood shims protect the finish. I was done in less than 10minutes. Assistance for holding the other totes help. May the force be with you!

I love these containers but they are shipped nested together with no paper between them. It takes me about an hour to pull them apart. I have to fill them with ice - wait - run hot water over them and then try to separate them. There has to be a better way to ship them....

It says bathroom but I was looking everywhere for something to put our coffees in the cabinet, so I decided to give a try. They are well made and looks great! After some labeling everything is in their place! Love the results!

I decided to order a second time after wanting more bins. This time the bins came stuck together, whereas before I believe they were individually wrapped. Not sure if I received a used/returned order. I am not happy of the condition in which they came in. Lots of scratches and unable to pull the bins apart, that is how stuck they are to each other. Impossible to separate. Very disappointed

Perfect storage feature

Great product. I ordered the mint green and was concerned based on other reviews but I had absolutely no problem separating the containers. Maybe they took a look at the reviews and improved the design. Either way they are great, much stronger than I anticipated.

Size is perfect the under the sink cabinet! Tye material is great for bathroom products and bathroom humidity.
