Greater than one weekI bought this for my parents to use on their recent flight. They had to pack for 2 weeks of medications and said that there was enough room for small pills (think of the smallest size circular pills) in the little compartments. The large compartments were good for long, oblong/oval tablets, but you may need to use more than one compartment if you have exceptionally large gel tablets. The only downside was you do have to play with opening and closing the compartments before they become loose enough that you can easily open it with your nail, so it may be a problem for people with arthritis or those who lack dexterity. However, these are better than the generic dollar store pill cases since it has an external enclosure then individual pill packs inside. They had no issue with accidental spillage when they rode a car, went through TSA, took a taxi then finally drove to their destination.

Greater than one weekWhile very sturdy and useful for travel, I have found the individual compartments inside a little difficult to open. Might be problematic for people with arthritis or if you dont want to break a fingernail.

> 3 dayMy husband loves this pill box. It has 8 compartments for diff size pills. I made labels (on smallest font) w a p-touch labeler for ea compartment. It is compact enough with a sturdy closure for the whole thing, but still easy enough to open and close securely. It opens into 2 halves, like a book. Each compartment then has an easy open and close tab so pills do not fall out from each other. Great purchase if you take prescription meds as well as we put ibuprofen, etc as well - and all are kept separate and safe. Its for someone who knows what to take when, and not suited for those who need their pills aggregated for them per day / evening (like those Sunday thru Saturday rectangular, longer / bulkier versions. Great purchase for us!

> 3 dayI use this whenever I travel. I gave these to my daughter and daughters in law who all use them for travel or holding OTC meds for use at the kids’ athletic events.

> 3 dayI love this pill box! I purchased it because I get frequent migraines and have a few different medications I like having on hand. It has convenient little slots for each one of them and I love that I can see the pills without having to open each section. Ive been able to fit quite a bit in it; roughly 30 ibuprofen, 3 daytime cold medicine packs, and 2 nighttime cold medicine packs in the two larger portions, and as much as 10 small pills in each of the smaller sections. My only complaint is that you can pull the entire plastic top off if youre not careful (the top part you pull up to open each section). With that, the little tabs can be hard to pull if you have long nails or struggle to grip small things. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayWorks very well for its intended purpose. Also useful for keeping jewelry separated and safe in your suitcase - even oversized hoops fit in the large compartments. Only caution is to pay attention that when you snap one side closed that you’re not pushing so hard that you accidentally pop the other side open.

> 3 dayI like this little pill holder because I am a weekend traveler. I dont take any medically prescribed pills but I self-prescribe vitamins so they fit in this little case. I also bring along some melatonin, Tums, and Tylenol, just in case. I really like that it comes with white labels that you can write what is in each mini compartment. The labels were too big so I cut them small. It comes in a pack of three different pastel colors but I only needed one and every one I tried to give away the others to say that take quite a bit more meds than it would hold. What I dont like is that if I overfill the cover of the compartments will come loose. So this Pill Case isnt good for a lot of supplements or pills. When I fill it for travel, I have to be careful that it isnt too full. For me it is perfect and can go in my backpack, purse or carry-on. I dont think you can go wrong.

> 3 dayI like this pill organizer a lot. I didnt know what I was gonna do with all 3 of these. But honestly I am happy I got all 3 instead of the one. Its small, lightweight, and easy to stow away. I ended up putting in one in my travel bag, one in my car (for allergy meds, tyelnol, etc.), and gave my Dad my last one for his travel bag. My only one minor complaint about it. Is the tabs on the smaller compartments are a little hard for me to open. And have broken my nails trying to open it. But other than that. I am very happy with this. I also like that it comes with labels so you can label each compartment and know what is in what compartment.

> 3 dayI’ve been carrying an old version like this in my purse for over 4 yrs but it finally broke. This new version is slightly bigger (which is nice) but opening the small compartments is a lot harder. I have to use something to lift them open because they break my nails opening them. The old style had a lip to open the compartments. Otherwise these are built well and safely hold all my pills.
