What else is there to say? I love it enough to buy it again not once, but twice! You get four extra bottles, and a kick-butt ice pack to boot! The ice pack stays cold throughout the workday, and even when left in a hot car for a few hours. The last sets I owned were frozen and thawed daily for about a nine month period, and then handed down to a family member for her to use for her baby, which I believe is a testament to the ice packs durability. If youre considering this, then you probably already know that the Medela bottles are also durable--mine are hand washed and sanitized in the microwave daily, and theyre also still being used for a family member. Nothing to lose here. This bag fits snugly inside of the Pump in Style Advanced backpack, too.

I originally purchased for a flight that I ended up canceling. I was going to try to store frozen milk in bags. I dont believe I would have been able to fit more than 20 oz of frozen milk. For this use I would have been better served with a regular lunchbox which was cheaper, but I needed more containers and kids (which are expensive!) so I opted for this instead. It does exactly as advertised. Would prefer more ice packs on the side for longer trips (like ameda bag), but for daily pumping needs this does the trick. If you pump more than 20 oz a day, consider ameda bag which fits six bottles.

I bought this for my wife. Shes a full time working mother and travels often for work (social work) so she doesnt always have a freezer/fridge available. The quality is great, It comes with 4 of the bottles with lids, the ice cooler block, and the cooler itself. The ice pack will help you get through a 8-10 hour shift without a doubt. I can not attest to any longer of a duration because my wife doesnt work 12 hour shifts. The breast milk collection bottles go to her medela double breast pump so it was a perfect idea for a buy. I recommend this to anyone. Its worth every penny.

This has been such a convenient way to store breast milk! I use this for work and have traveled with it multiple times. I only dislike the plastic bottles so I may be ordering something different in the future. The ice pack stays cold for over 8 hours.

This is super easy for me to use for pumping at work. I dont even stick it in the fridge while at work, as the ice pack stays cold all day (you need to keep the cooler zipped up at all times) - and when I get home I just pull out my chilled milk and put in the fridge. I have a bag that I carry this in back and forth, I guess my only gripe would be that it needs a little handle on the top in case I were to want to carry it on its own instead of in a bag. Also, its great if you only need to pump twice while out, but I know some people need to pump three times and in which case, it doesnt store more than 4 bottles so it wouldnt be ideal in those situations. But for me its perfect and Id recommend!

Easy to use, small enough to fit in my diaper back pack, and I love the frozen pack! And if I want to use my bagged pumped milk (not the ones in the bottles included) I just use a little bagged freezer pack and it keeps my milk frozen for a good amount of hours.
