I did not realize that the reader was so slick until it slid out of my hands 3 times. Since I received the case I have not had that problem again. It is a safety feature that I feel is an excellent idea and has worked great for me.

We have went through 2 of these freestyle libre meters even with protectors on them but this protector has really helped.
