> 24 hourI use puppy pads for my 18 pound Shih Tzu. I find that these puppy pads, hold the fluids on the top, creating a puddle, and eventually that puddle starts dripping to the edge of the pad. I now realize that it’s because my dog is too big for this puppy pad. If you have a small puppy, I think this is a good product, but it is not made for an adult dog who will add a big puddle that doesn’t get absorbed. I gave a previous review that was negative but I now realize my results are because I have a five year old dog, and these pants are made for a little cute puppies.

> 24 hourI recently purchased the Medpride Disposable Underpads for use at a diaper changing station and have been generally happy with their performance. They are convenient and effective at protecting our changing table from messes and spills, and the size is perfect for our needs. One of the things I appreciate most about these underpads is the absorbent material. It does a good job of keeping moisture contained and prevents it from soaking through to the table. The adhesive backing is also strong and holds up well, even after multiple uses. Overall, I think the Medpride Disposable Underpads are a good product for anyone in need of a convenient and effective solution for protecting surfaces during diaper changes. They are a good value for the price and have met my expectations.

> 24 hourThese aren’t absorbant! A tiny drop of liquid spreads over a huge part of the pad and causes wetness in spots far away from the source of fluid. We purchased for our newborn who requires special diaper changes after a surgery and these create a nightmare flood up his back unless we fold the pad down to trap the fluid spread. Such a waste of money - causes us a bigger headache instead of making things easier.

> 24 hourI use the in my rabbits litter box in lieu of litter pellets, and around the cat litter box (sometimes my old man misses). They hold at least a day of bunny pee without leaking at all and they don’t start to fall apart if I let it go an extra day. The size is perfect for my needs and they’re way cheaper than puppy pads!

> 24 hourPad is not as absorbent as I had hoped. For small accidents its okay, but the pad is not fast absorbing and very thin.....I will NOT be buying this brand again.
