Took One flight and a wheel broke off!!!

wasted money for security since you cant reset any of the locks

I bought for my daughter and she loves it!! Wants the entire set. It’s super cute and lightweight and rolls great. The outside is very cute with the raised detail and the silver and black. The cubes are great but need more size variation.

Looks good, rolls well and is light but I’m ultimately disappointed because it broke next to a wheel on my first use. Looking at other reviews, this seems like a pretty common issue. Wouldn’t recommend

The handles broke off two of the bags and because I had already tossed the box I was unable to return it. Now I’m stuck with two broken suitcases.

Loved the look of the suitcase but it only lasted a few months and the shell broke by the wheel so it cannot bear weight any longer. :(

The first use I flew out and as I’m taking it out of the car I see it’s coming apart. I rolled it and the wheel fell off. I have bought much less expensive suitcases that lasted for years so I did not expect this. I’m so disappointed that I finally got an entire set and this happens.

I thought this would be a great buy. I loved the style and the hard exterior. There was a crack around the wheel when I received it but I tried to use it anyway. After packing it, weighing less than recommended, and using it once, the wheel kept popping into the crack and made it very hard to maneuver. It would be great if I could get a replacement for the larger one because the other ones work perfectly.

This luggage set was everything I asked for and more. I took it on a cruise and had to fly from L.A. to. Miami. It held up very nicely. It is not flimsy at all like some other luggage I bought on Amazon. It is VERY good quality, durable, and the white & brown set did not get too dirty during the trip, it still looks very nice even after being checked. All of the extras that it came with is very nice as well. The luggage is so pretty. I loved traveling with this. 5 stars.

This is a very nice looking suitcase, and it comes well supplied with useful accessories. But after the first trip the paint started to peel, and after the second trip one of the corner caps fell off. The suitcase lacks the sturdiness to withstand the rough and tumble of checked luggage. Not strong enough to check, and to big for carry on. After just two trips, I will need to buy a new suitcase.
