> 3 dayNice luggage unfortunately the wheels are made of plastic and they are super loud when rolled on concrete.

> 3 dayI used this product for extensive traveling from 2016-2019. Unfortunately, this product is plagued by cutting corners on many little items in the construction. I used two of these products and the poor quality construction manifested itself in three different ways. First, the first one had its wheel melt while under a moderate load and being rolled along road-quality asphalt. The second one then had the inside zip-cover start to fray and break, and then finally, the collapse mechanism for the handle finally broke internally and the handle could no longer be closed all the way and I ended up having to replace the whole thing again. Save yourself some money and purchase a more expensive brand that can last much longer.

> 3 dayLove the suitcase but when it came it has pink with white pokadots for inside material. I ordered this for my grandson why would you put pink inside a red suitcase? All three others I ordered was grey very disappointed also they are not true to color on the outside the blue come looking like purple

Greater than one weekWe bought this suitcase for our son, and after 1 flight the entire corner piece including 1 of the wheels broke off. Needless to say our 4 year old son was not thrilled, and he had a difficult time dragging the luggage through the next few airports. I would not buy this product again.

> 3 dayI love the color, the package was intact, it is very easy to maneuver and spacious for a 20inch carry on! It could easily take a week’s clothing items for a vacation and will work well with airlines. I’m impressed.

> 3 dayBox came damage. The suitcase did not survived either. Had a huge dent in it. I think that alone tells you about the quality/durability of this product. Returned it and got a TravelPro case that has been working perfectly and feels a lot sturdier and better made.
