Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Turquoise, Carry-On 20-Inch

The inside lining ripped on the first trip that we used it. Not excessively filled, the stitching just came undone. Very poor quality!

One trip down and many more to go and this little baby did perfect!! Was shipped out quickly thanks to prime. I had no issues rolling it around both pulling it behind me on 2 wheels or rolling it next to me on all 4. It fell out of the back of the SUV and didnt get a dent or scratch on it. and the handles on the side and top really came in handy.

Would of been an awesome bag but the wheel broke on my second trip. And apparently you cant replace it, so guess Ill have to throw away the whole bag. Which sucks because I hate to be wasteful more than I hate losing money.

I absolutely love this suitcase. It’s the perfect color, fantastic design, and a great price. BUT, after two uses, one of the wheels broke off. Here I am with a perfectly good suitcase, but only 3 wheels. The “5 year warranty” is a bit of a joke because it doesn’t cover wheels. :(

I bought this luggage for my wife and she loves it! Its capacity is enough to travel for a couple of weeks with a carry-on.

Bought 2 of these for my boys. The single colored one is slightly bigger than the 2-tone one. The 2-tone one has a smooth shiny surface which is easier to get scratches. Mine already had a few scratches showing after one trip. The singled color one did not have that problem. Overall, they are roomy and easy to handle by kids. Good purchase for the price. I will buy the single colored one in the future.

The handle on top is fastened with screws into the backside of the handle (which is plastic). One end of the handle came loose the first time I used it. I tightened the screw back, but when I used it again recently it came apart again. I would like a refund for this piece! I realize the time limit has expired, but this was only the second trip I have taken since purchasing this. I cannot recommend this luggage to anyone because without a handle, it is very awkward to carry. REFUND PLEASE! Pictures attached

For the money this was a quality purchase. We also bough a Samsonite Centric Hardside (twice as much money). I can honestly say this is practically the same. The only difference is that structurally at the handle - the Samsonite feels a bit sturdier. Time will tell; but I have traveled 3 times with this so far and it is a value for what I paid for it.
