Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Two Tone Navy, Carry-On 20-Inch

I purchased this for my 3-1/2 year old so she had her very own suitcase to have for going on trips. It came a day earlier than the estimated receive date. It was boxed appropriately and there was a film covering it for protection. Very light weight and easy for my daughter to push and pull around. The inside is very roomy and fits plenty of her things to go on vacation.

This suitcase has great organization inside, it will easily pack my daughters clothes for trips to grandmas. It rolls all directions easily, the telescoping handle has to be forced down a bit which has smashed her and my husbands fingers. Overall great buy

The handle will not fully extend. How can this be fixed?

It is cheap and will tear. Dont waste your money on this.

flimsy junk. threads sticking out around the bags. extendable handle has wobble and flexing. feels ready to snap off.company warranty requires sending $40 handling charge for them to evaluate your complaint. FOX LUGGAGE INC. -dont buy .

I had the suitcase 5 weeks when, during the second use, I flipped it over on the carpeted cargo area of my SUV and the corner busted wide open... to the point that I had to carry it with the cracked corner up for the remainder of the trip. Since I was a week beyond my 30 day return period, I had to contact the manufacturer. I’ve messaged them twice in the last week with no response. Would never buy or recommend this product again. I thought that perhaps this was a fluke but, it’s starting to look like the company’s customer service is as bad as it’s product quality.

I havent actually used this for travel yet. Its obvious that the protective film was applied before all of the hardware (wheels, handles ect. ). Probably spent the better part of an hour trying to remove it. Wound up using tweezers to try and get at it. No luck. If you are ok with it looking terrible with little pieces of plastic fraying from all over this may be the carry on for you.

Love the hard sided case. The design is cool ... different and not just like everyone else has. Roomy and nice pockets inside. Love that it has four wheels and is easy to move around.

Got this for a carry on/computer case for my trips and its fun, light weight and looks like it will last. Hope Im right, but it is sturdy and love the wheels turning in all directions.

One star because I was sent a different style than pictured. I received a suitcase with a yellow handle, yellow trim, and bright yellow wheels - not anything like the picture.
