This chunky wooden puzzle is ideal for helping small children with counting, food recognition and fine motor skills. Framed with popular character Bluey, there are ten chunky pieces to remove and replace. The picture below let’s you know what should fit that space. The whole thing is sturdy, bright and colourful, so very attractive. The pieces are easy to hold and manipulate into the correct space. My youngest grandchild loves it. My 3 year old ate this up (no pun intended)! The puzzle is a great size for my 3 year old and 18 month old to work on collaboratively. As usual, Melissa and Doug produced a quality puzzle with puzzle pieces that are big enough for little hands to hold. The pieces display different quantities of fruits and vegetables that correspond back to a number on the puzzle board. My daughter immediately got excited about the colorful apples! Overall Id say this puzzle is fantastic for my kids and its easy to clean up thanks to the chunky puzzle pieces.

This is a great puzzle for learning. It is one of the big sized Melissa and Doug chunky puzzles. The colours are vibrant and the pieces are nice and large. This puzzle is great for teaching colours, numbers and puzzle matching skills. Both my 1 and 3 year old love this puzzle. The only negative thing I would say is it frustrates my daughter that the puzzle counts downwards rather than across. The pieces are in a little fridge but wish they had gone across the puzzle board rather than down on each sides. Still a great puzzle and glad we bought it. Highly recommend!

Oversized puzzle with big chunky wooden pieces that are colorful and easy to slide into place. Helps teach numbers based on the number of a food item included in the piece. Both my 3yo and 9mo really love this puzzle and for different reasons. 3yo likes to do the puzzle and 8mo loves to eat the pieces...

Large pieces

We got this for our son who turned 4 in Oct who is crazy about his puzzles which he has quite the collection of already. So adding this to it was a no brainer but yeah it did not have the effect we were hoping to see with his which like I said he loves puzzles he plays with them by choice all the times very similar to this one. This puzzle is large in size so something to consider when purchasng depending on your space it doesnt fit in his puzzle drawer where most of his puzzles are housed when he isnt using them. When you think of the make of this puzzle the brand itself is a nice durable brand as we have had other things from this brand so the puzzle is made well and colorful. Overall as nice as this puzzle was it wasnt something our son was crazy about.
