> 3 dayI purchased this for 4 year old sons 5th birthday. He loves it very much! He wears it to bed almost every night. It especially likes it when I animate the puppet & talk to him. His eyes light up & he calms down while he stares at the puppet. The puppet is made of very good materials. The clothing Velcros on & off so you can wash the Chefs white coat. Even the little red handkerchief comes off. The hat is strongly sewed on as is the hair & mustache. My son loved him so much I bought him the surgeon as well. I highly recommend these for any child that likes sesame street or the muppets or any type puppets.

> 3 dayI bought the Chef Puppet for my son so that we could entertain him after his surgery. He absolutely loved its!❤️❤️❤️❤️. It is very light weight and fit easily in his suitcase. Delivery was perfect! We received it when they said we would which was critical considering the situation. The only thing I was bummed about was the detachable stick broke less than a week of having it. Definitely a great seller and will buy again from them!!!

> 3 dayI bought this for my son. He takes it to school everyday to play with his other friends who also have other Melissa and Doug puppets. They all love them! Its a quality made item; as are all Melissa and Doug products. Buy it, you wont be disappointed!

> 3 dayMy son named him Chef Spaghetti. He wanted to be a ventriloquist so I got him this as his first puppet. It really brings out his creativity and personality.

In my opinion
> 3 dayI bought this for my neice who has everything, shes 3 and I guess is a picky eater, so I thought this would be the perfect interactive meduim to help her eat. It came in a box where the arm stick could have been broken if shipping were rough, otherwise the puppet came in a sealed plastic bag, and was made very well, it looked a lot like the puppets on tv, one lady had an embroidery machine and embroidered a name in the jacket Chef (enter name). I thought that is a cute touch. I would buy again and I do recommend, but package should be a little bigger for the wooden arm stick.

> 3 dayAfter reading some of the comments about other M&D puppets looking deformed - I wanted to mention that these puppets are toys first, additionally they are $15 toys. They are not large professionally created Muppets - so dont set your expectations much over a stuffed animal. And no...they dont look like real people. Overall - these puppets (we have 9) are made very well relative to the cost. They do not have strings hanging off of them and most have surprisingly good details like finger nails (on the dragon) and a detachable clothes (scarf and coat for the chef...the hat is not detachable). Each puppet even has its own head shape and size making them even more diverse including the various outfits. You just cant beat having your very own puppet troop for this price. I should note that we do not let our 3 year old play with these puppets yet. Instead we pack them away after each show. We think of these more as props for now until he is old enough to pretend himself... FYI - if your chefs hat is a little mushed - stuff a little paper inside to puff it up a bit...

> 3 dayThis puppet is fantastic! Its the one used in the video so our son knows the way he speaks and his language. It is so entertaining for kids and brings such a smile to an adults face.
