Melitta 8-12 Cup Basket Filter Paper (Natural Brown, 400 Count)

Simple straightforward coffee filter. Doesn’t add any strange taste and contains all the coffee grains which is what I prefer. Great price and delivered early.

Im told that a gold permanent filter allows more oil in the coffee which increases the body and makes a better tasting cup than paper filters. although Ive got a pretty good taste for good coffee, I see no difference between these great paper filters and a permanent gold filter. There is no off-taste of paper and theyre pretty tough as well. These are now on my permanent shopping list.

I drink coffee every day and this supply will last a long time. Basket type fits my Capresso coffee maker perfectly. I like that these are natural so as not to put chemicals into my body. Most are white and bleached with chemicals. Will buy again when I run out.

The filters are the size I wanted and even though I didnt care if they were unbleached I have always wanted to try those and they are good.

Theyre coffee filters! I like the the unbleached ones, (although I really dont taste the difference), but less bleach in my life seems a wise choice. Good price and quick delivery. They filter the coffee as well as all coffee filters do. I use them in a basic Mr. Coffee 12 cup every day. Some day when I run out, I will buy them again.

These are well made filters for sure, and there are a lot of them for the money. However I just threw away the entire package after a week of using them because on my Breville coffeemaker making 10 cups the grinds wash over the top edges making a mess every time you replace the old grinds. These would be great for a small drip coffee maker but not a full sized

No matter what the makers say, I find that using only the wire basket that comes with drip coffee usually results in some fine grounds at the bottom of the carafe. These paper filters solve that problem (but I have to admit that usually Im only brewing 8 cups in a 12-cup machine; if I were using it at maximum capacity there is a risk that it might overflow, according to the manufacturer).

Overall, these are good natural/brown basket style coffee filters. They are rather expensive, but I used only brown/natural coffee filters. A great deal would be twice the amount for the same price.
