> 3 dayAs I was pumping in the oil, the hose came off the oil port adapter. So, I held it on with my hand that was holding the oil container. Pumping became awkward and difficult real fast. Then the hose came off the pump port. I didnt have three hands, so the job was a failure with oil all over the ground. Order small hose clamps when you order this item. I gave three stars because the oil is good.

> 3 dayI could imagine a marine mechanic would not be pleased with the pump/tube, but I am! I saw other peoples reviews and that the pump was useless. I put a small hose clamp on the tube to the pump and tightened it just a bit. Slow, steady pumps and i had no issues. Gear oil change was done in less than 10 minutes from drain to fill. Great product. Just dont handle it like a caveman, its plastic. If you handle as it is intended, it works great.

> 3 dayThe pump has the wrong thread size and pitch for my 25 HP 2008 Mercury Outboard lower end. This is not the fault of the seller. However it would be better if the connector was better described. Some pumps come with adapters to fit virtually any outboard. I made my own adapter from some smaller tubing I had laying around. Not optimum. Also the clear tube is prone to fall off of the pump end.

> 3 dayThe oil is fine, the pump doesnt reach all of the oil no matter which postion you hold the bottle of oil in. Really dumb, a quart of oil which at best you can pump 2/3 of a quart out of it.
