> 3 dayBeen using it for about 2 weeks with no problem. But then I decided to take my tablet with me for the first time. Now I discover that the zipper for the laptop sleeve is broken and completely non functional.

Greater than one weekI really like this bag so far. Good amount of storage, not too many pockets and lightweight. The one design flaw, which I think others have also noted, is that the bag doesnt do a great job holding its shape. For me, this is most obvious when there isnt a laptop in the bag and I try to carry it by the handhold loop. The front flap needs to be latched for it to stay down. Other than that, Im really happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayThis is a good durable bag but, may be a tad bit overpriced. I use it for commuting to and from work. It seems this bag was designed as a Right-Hand/Left hip use bag only, it’s not good as a messenger bag worn on back due to the fact that it kinks at one end of the strap. Overall I do enjoy using it but I hate that the strap kinks at times. It would be best designed with a snap-hook or pivoting hardware.

Greater than one weekI love this durable bag. A few zippered pockets holds a few things in place but very spacious on the inside. If you are looking for a high quality messenger bag that can accommodate a laptop, this is it!
