The bag looks just like the picture and will dispense wine. I found it impossible to take the cap off to refill after using it the first time. The company sent me a replacement but I couldnt get them to work either. I had three different people try no luck. I actually broke one of them trying. I found a solution if you open the spout and use a funnel you can refill it. Its pretty difficult and takes 2 people but does work. I think it is too much for what it does and the purse alone is heavy so with the added wine it will hurt your shoulder.

Very nice quality bag even without the wine bag! Super discreet, great for femal or male (or tomboy female?) looks like a laptop bag!
