Expected a few more zipper pockets, but I probably read it wrong. Main zipper difficult to work and I doubt it would have lasted long. Really needs a place for keys. Several relatively deep inner pockets, but they were sort of “saggy” and I doubted things would stay organized in them.

Stiff, probably will soften slowly with use...

I really liked the bag. I used it for only two months and held up well except for the magnetic clasp fell off and I didnt know til I tried to close it. I cant seem to get a hold of customer service.

Very stiff. It is uncomfortable because of it. It is also heavy.
