It looked like the strap should be removable, but it isnt. The bag is nice, and spacious, but didnt work for me

Great bag to schlep around the city with. I do wish the back pocket was the full depth of the bag but I can still fit what I need into it. Would definitely recommend.

I bought one of these in both the 13.3 and 15.6 Inch sizes even though I have a small 13 Microsoft Surface laptop. I ended up keeping the larger bag because Id rather have more space than not enough. Its like televisions - hardly anyone complains about their TV being too large. I can easily fit my laptop, file folders, book, tablet, sweater/jacket, a 24-ounce water bottle (inside, not in the tiny outside pockets), as well as all of my cables, charging bricks, toiletries, etc. I like the variety of pockets because I can segment my man purse essentials into different areas. Im switching from a backpack, so fully loaded, this bag is a little heavy on one shoulder. Ive learned not to carry it next to my neck but further out over my shoulder bone. That makes it far more comfortable. Sometimes Ill carry my water bottle in hand, which reduces the weight further. All in all, its a great value that should hold up for years.

I have been searching for a messenger bag for a while. The one I had was old and beat up. But I liked the way it was laid out and searched for something as close to it as I could get. The bag I bought is very close to being identical. It has everything I need. Transferring the contents from old to new was practically a direct swap. Only one item had to be relocated and it was no big deal.

Everything about this bag meets or exceeds my expectations! The only drawback is really minor and others have mentioned it, the water bottle holders are TINY. They work for standard water bottles you buy in bulk or like a can of soda but not much more. Oh and hair clings really bad (especially long fluffy CAT hair), but that was expected with canvas. This bag works perfectly for my needs and will last a long time.

My 6th grade boy wanted a messenger style bag instead of a backpack for school so he chose this one and it has been great so far!

This bag is excellent. I use it every day. My only complaint is that the water holder is too small for most bottles. The only bottle that fit was a small orange bottle I bought from Dunkin doughnuts. Its not too much of a problem since I put my water inside the bag, but if you want a bag that holds water outside, then this bag is not for you.

This is a wonderful bag. Its smaller and much easier to carry than a backpack, especially for adults. It has a big zippered main compartment with a divider, and several other pockets, all zippered as well. The strap is sturdy and short, so it can be easily carried on the shoulder and doesnt dangle down by your waist and hips and bounce around when you walk. Great bag!

This bag is great. Lots of room with out being bulky. I switched from a backpack to this messenger bag and it is wonderful. My computer (15), tablet fit great with lots of room for snacks and other stuff I carry all the time for work. I have stuffed it to over flowing a few times just to see how the seams hold up and so far no issues.

I gave it to my Granddaughter and she loves it she uses as her schoolbag.
