My husband is a contractor and is really hard on his things. He loves this bag to keep his laptop and paperwork organized and it holds up well on the job site.

Sturdy bag, well made, strong zippers and clasps with many useful pockets and pouches. I have been pleased with the durability and functionality. The size is perfect for travel. It is small enough to fit under airplane seats, but just big enough for a full overnight bag (change of clothes, books, toiletries, etc). I use it every time I travel, whether locally or internationally. The trolley strap (strap on the back that slides over extended handle rollers, is sturdy and one of the features I was looking for in a messenger/overnight bag. Aesthetically it is overall pleasing with the leather and canvas giving it a rumpled yet elegant look that gets better with use, getting a sort of patina as the canvas takes bumps and scratches well. As mentioned in other comments, if you load it up or carry it by the handle, the front flap can bulge out, giving it an awkward profile. And it is on the heavy side for a lightweight messenger type bag (Im good with that, it isnt heavy in any sense that hinders me and is heavier than flimsy bags due to solid construction). I still recommend it for serious use. It has held up well and ages well.

I needed something to carry outdoors and this does the job.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he really likes the style, color, material, which is sturdy and thick, and overall it is very functional for him. He uses it for work and it looks professional but can also be worn on the weekends as a more casual bag. The water bottle holder in the side also fits his hydroflask so thats a plus!

This thing is the perfect size. I carry a Surface Pro 7, kindle, iPad, paper notepads, lots of small items in the two zipper closed side pockets, one water bottle on each end, and still have plenty of room to spare. Would buy again and would recommend.

Was decent for what you pay. Strap holders look like they won’t hold much wait but yet to be determined.

I just received my 15.6 bag. I’m writing this review because I know from personal experience how hard it is to find a good bag for the 16-inch MacBook. My Mac fits perfectly inside this bag’s padded compartment, even when the laptop is in its sleeve (a 16-inch Inateck). I can’t speak to the bag’s longevity, obviously, but I can say the bag was everything I hoped it would be after searching long and hard for something perfect for my needs. I wanted a bag for hauling all my writing stuff around—something that looked professional without being stodgy. Some features that made me choose this bag over others: the crazy amount of pockets (seven on the outside alone), the flap secured by buckles rather than magnets, the strap for affixing the bag to a rolling suitcase, and the padded shoulder strap that doesn’t look like it’s going to detach any time soon (a huge issue with other bags I considered). Plus, it looks so freaking cool that I’ve been taking my laptop to random places just to be a show-off. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Ive had it for a while now, and it has held up perfectly. Well made. Sturdy construction. And fits perfectly. Just what I was looking for. I rarely leave the house without it. Looks good too.

WHAT I LOOK FOR: I look for a good quality messenger bag at an affordable price. Price is a huge factor for me as I have three children. Quality is extremely important to me. I do not want to have to purchase new messenger bags in a couple of months because the bags couldnt withstand the school day and various activities of my super busy children. Comfort is another important element when purchasing messenger bags . My son literally packs all of his school books, notebooks, folders and binders in his bag in the morning and carries everything around all day long because his classes are in one wing of his high school and his locker is completely on the other side of the high school. We settled on the VASCHY Messenger Bag because it would fit a laptop, school books and a camera if needed. The Gray Messenger bag is actually the perfect size and color for my high school students, my middle school student and myself! I carried the Messenger Bag to work on Monday and I loaded it up with my laptop, my iPad, my camera AND an extra lens and some notebooks that I needed. I was even able to toss in a large bottle water and a bottle of cold coffee with room to spare. I really like the padded shoulder strap and the clips. The fact that it is waterproof is awesome. My kids wait in lines a lot waiting for the bus and it pretty much is always raining during the fall and spring. The bag has an amazing padded compartment for the laptop and keeps heavy books from digging into your body. Very happy with the VASCHY Messenger Bag.
