Strap broke after a month

After the strap started fraying at about the one year mark, I took extremely careful care with it but the stitching at the straps just cant hold up to everyday use. I disregarded minor design issues, like why make the flap pocket so small if its got to be opened to get to anything else? Can not recommend and honestly it was going to give it 2 stars but I feel its closer to 1.5 and giving it 2 doesnt feel right.
