Long length lets you cut right to the length you need. Nice to have lots of connectors in the package too.

Exactly what I needed.

I have high ceilings and it was difficult to reach the fan speed and light manual chains. I added a length of chain to each of my 4 fans and now can turn on and off the light and alter the fan speed with ease.

Not much to say....Its a pull chain. Plenty long and enough connectors. I extended the pull chains on a light and ceiling fan in a work area. Gets pulled on pretty rough like most times and are holding
