Metra 70-8901 93 - 94 Subaru Impreza Vehicle Harness

Fit perfectly in my 1997 Subaru Legacy Outback. It made hooking up my new Boss stereo much faster. You will need connectors (I prefer crimps) to hook this to the harness for your new stereo.

I remember when I was but a lad (back in the 80s) and was cutting and hacking the wiring harness to hookup radios, and this little gem saved both the car and my personal agrivation. Easy and well marked fit was perfect and the company shipped immediately. If you buy a stereo get the wire harness. its a great and inexpensive time saver.

Confirmed flawless easy fit for 2005 subaru forester.It even let the factory sub under the seat still work which I had read at crutchfield and other forums that it would not.I left the sub hooked up just to be sure and lo and behold it worked.

Worked perfectly for my 2004 Subaru Outback. I installed an aftermarket Sony Car Stereo and the installation was a breeze with this harness. Wires were of good quality and the instructions were clear.

I used this to connect my Boss 612UA to my 2000 Subaru Outback. You need to get a wire crimping tool to connect them to the stereo wires. Works perfectly.

Does the job on my 01 Legacy. All of the wires are clearly labelled on the back of the package it arrived in, and they are of a respectable gauge, larger than stock wires, so no worries there.

Works not only for Imprezas, but most Subaru models 94 and up. I used it to install a new stereo head unit into my 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback and it worked just fine. Pre-cut wire ends were convenient and wires were sufficiently long. Much cheaper than buying at stereo retail stores where they charge you an arm and a leg for harnesses, trim/border plates, and other installation parts.

Do not buy this if you have the upgraded car audio system.
