This is working fine. It has a center ground position. It does not really click into the various positions so that is not so good. I would prefer positive feedback that I have the switch in the correct position. There is no ground lug to ground the switch case. If the coax ground is sufficiently grounded, it should be good but a direct connection of the case to ground would be better. One of the screws in the back could be used to connect a ground lug. The mounting holes could also be used to attach a ground. I dont have mine mounted at this time but a bolt and nut allows me to ground the switch. I did not see any adverse effect on SWR or loss using this switch.

Solid switch, built heavy.. Very positive switch detents.. Grounding feature is essential for Transmitter protection.. Box says 2.5kw PEP, 2500watts peak power capacity, excellent! Well worth the extra price for this extra power capacity!
