I bought it in the hopes that come spring, and the snow is gone, Ill also get to put up my 80 to 10 meter antenna bought through Amazon. The antenna along with the tuner should prove to be a welcome addition to my shortwave radio shack.

Pros: Very effective antenna system tuning- gets me 1.1:1 on every frequency and radio. Decent quality- not top of the line, but good Accurate, calibrated meters Cons: Meters are simply too small and graduations are very silly, making readability challenging 12v lamp for meter is horribly yellow and dated looking. I immediately changed mine out in favor of a diffused white LED. Switches are stiff and do not have a positive click. Not a big deal but radio still receives when changing to coax 2, dummy load, etc- should have better isolation at this price. Overall a good value that serves 3 purposes well. Simply increasing the height and size of the meter would be the obvious manufacturing improvement that would make this the perfect product.

Works as advertised. However, I did find that the knobs needed to be tightened properly to prevent damage to the components within the chassis.

This is the 2nd 941e I have purchased in about 30 days. Each one arrived in sparkling condition but neither one would perform as an antenna tuner. The meter would not function on either. My meter on the transmitter (TS530S) functioned fine but zero response on the meter. The TS530S has a max operating wattage of 100 and the switch to and from 300 did not affect the meter. However, MFJ customer service responded to me about other models and had difficulty, 3 times today, even finding the model I was having problems with and kept telling me, strange.... or do you have it installed right. Yes, it is installed correctly and that is why I can transmitt in bypass. Jeez! I think I will spend an extra 100 to 200 and buy a decent tuner.

It will tune most bands. Meter is hard to read on tx. Still having to adjust it a lot each time I use it.
