> 24 hourThe label printers are quite simple to set up. However, I had some difficulty changing measurements to my label, so I called manufacturer assistance, who was able to walk me through the process step-by-step. Customer service was outstanding and extremely professional. This item comes highly recommended by me.

> 24 hourTo be honest, I went with this printer purely because of its price. I really didnt expect to find a thermal printer for less than $90. Admittedly, I was sceptical of purchasing a printer from a unfamiliar brand and this printer does lack some nice features...for example it does not have wireless printing capability. Heres the bottom line - its a great buy for the price and it works well, most of the time. Its not the easiest printer youll ever set up and the documentation is poor. Youll probably have a tough time getting any kind of support for it....but the printer does well and does its job, with a few annoyances. The biggest annoyance by far is that it wastes labels. I have tried several types of thermal labels with it (e.g. UPSs own labels) and the printer loves to feed past the first 4 or 5 labels (discarding them) before it settles on a label that its happy with and decides to use. No matter how you feed the labels into the printer or how far back or forward you put them before you close the lid, it will always waste some. The second part of this problem is that when the printer sensor gets dirty (which it does, all the time) it will start randomly skipping labels (e.g. printing on label 1, feedback past label 2 + 3, and then printing on label 4). The sensor seems to have a hard time telling when one label ends and when the next begins, and its infuriating. I have to clean the sensor several times a week to minimize this problem or else it will waste dozens of labels. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. I paid less than $90 for this thermal printer and it does its job for the most part. In retrospect, I print enough labels each week that I now wish I had just spent a bit more to get a known-brand printer with better support and less annoyances, but ultimately this printer is good value for the money.
