Micro Swiss .4mm Nozzle for Micro Swiss MK10 All Metal Hotend Upgrade Kit Only

This is a .3mm nozzle although it was labeled 1mm.

I ordered several nozels. All came as .2mm and so did the replacements. Not sure how a 2 is being mixed up for a 6. At least I can do some fine detail printing now?

Had to slow my print speeds to 40mm/s With PETG 1.75mm Fillament at 248C. 0.6mm Layers and 1.2mm wall (needs only one vertical perimeter because each wall is 1.2mm thick). Authentic Micro Swiss Stainless Steel! Parts are super strong!

These were way better than what I got with my all metal hot-end kits. The hot-end kit nozzles worked good until worn out. But even then my z-height was always off a small amount. Finally discovered why, the extruded filament comes out of the nozzle with a diameter of about .6 on .4 nozzle. Replaced with this, which has a much more noticeable sharp tip and it extrudes filament right on .4mm. All my issues I had are now gone!

Fantastic nozzle for the Microswiss hotends. Simply screw in and go. Noticed an immediate improvement in print quality.

these are the only nozzles i use but Ive said that before.....

Work great, prints well. Takes some time to get the metal hot end dialed in but makes great prints when you do.

Only one nozzle. I thought it was for 3

Nozzles solid, but I got shipped a .2mm nozzle instead of a .6mm I guess Ill keep it and order another.
