> 24 hourThis nozzle gave me print issues. Switch back to the nozzle that came with the MicroSwft hot end and everything was back to normal. Just couldnt seem to get it to quit jamming up ( I tested several temps) maybe it was just the one I got but Im not sure that is use this again... The stock microswiss one seems to be a pretty good one but not this one.

> 24 hourI’ve purchased many nozzles, from cheap to expensive high end nozzles. I purchased this product to go along with my micro Swiss all metal hotend upgrade to my new build. I thought I’d spend the money and get an overly priced hardened steel nozzle from them, believing it would work as well as their other products. I was disappointed. This nozzle was advertised to contain special coating that prevents sticking and clogging. As others mention, their normal nozzle that comes stock with hotend works better… I get clogs, filament sticks to the nozzle like it’s welded… it’s easier to remove filament from my 1 dollar nozzles from China… I really had high hopes for their product but it fell short of its promises. Maybe I didn’t get a good one as others have said maybe it’s luck or the draw, but I think that would boil down to poor quality control, or just a coating that isn’t durable and lasts. As far as nozzle diameter it’s really good and it did print… but the amount of build up on the sides was just not worth it for me. I have cheap steel nozzles from China that perform better.

> 24 hourWorked for a day. I used petg and after that it went down hill. Everything would get stuck to the side of the nozzle and nothing would stick to the bed. I switched back to the cheap nozzle and all my problems where gone. I did everything to get it to work.

> 24 hourI have not printed enough filament to tell if these outlast other nozzles when printing abrasive filaments, but these (I bough the 0.6 and 0.4mm versions) are amazing. Not a single clog since I installed them, even when swapping between very dissimilar materials (temperature-wise). The exterior can be cleaned very easily as well. Excellent product.

> 24 hourWorse nozzle I have ever used. Worked OK for first print in a bowden setup with Micro Swiss hotend. I started having clogging issues after the 1st print. Cleared the clog and it would get about 1/4th way through the print and clogged again. I upgraded my setup to direct drive and reinstalled the nozzle and couldnt even start a print without clogging. I removed the nozzle and reinstalled the old A2 nozzle that came with the Micro Swiss hotend and everything is working as it should. I do NOT recommend this nozzle. Never had clogging issues with A2 nozzles. The Micro Swiss A2 has been the best cheap nozzle Ive ever used. I recommend the A2 Hardened tool steel nozzle. So much better then this High Speed Steel Nozzle.

> 24 hourBought these when I decided to print some stuff using shine in the dark filament, but I wasnt expecting any real improvement in print quality. But these things are in a complete different league than regular brass nozzles. No clogging (knock on wood) and handle everything you can throw at them. I increased the printing temperature a bit, but Im not sure its really necessary in my case.

> 24 hourworks great, the only problem is you need a slightly bigger wrench than the stock creality nozzle

> 24 hourI wanted to print some large parts (about 1.2kg total), with no detailed features, in carbon fiber PLA, as fast as possible. I used this nozzle with a 0.4mm layer height, 0.8mm width and the results were good. No noticeable wear and tear on the nozzle. I normally run PLA at 200c with 0.4mm brass nozzles, but had to bump it up to 230c, and drop the print speed to about 25mm/s (overall print time is still way shorter than a 0.4mm nozzle at 60mm/s). If you do the math, 25mm/s at 0.8mm is about the max a normal V6 heater block can melt. If you want to go faster, youll need a higher power heater. Great nozzle.

> 24 hourWas debating on splurging for a Ruby Olsson or a Diamondback, but came across this guy for short money in comparison. I have printed with PLA, carbon fiber PLA, PLA+ and PETG with zero issues.

> 24 hourMicrozwiss nozzles are great, the print quality is perfect, they are clearly labeled, and the M2 hardened steel eats abrasive filaments like its nothing. You might have to bump your hotend temp up a couple bits since the hardened steel doesnt transfer heat as efficiently as brass, but all it takes is one temp tower and you wont have to change your nozzle for a long time. 100% worth the price
