It makes a vibrating noise like a small childs toy for a couple of seconds when I touch it to my skin, but produces no sensation and definitely doesnt make any difference to the contour, firmness, or appearance of the skin. I was really excited after all of the video add hype on these. Wondering how they managed to photoshop those results... what a dud.

> 24 hourPurchased this and all it does is vibrate, no matter the level you put the settings on. Not worth the buy. Ratings are high but when you start reading the reviews many pictures for a baby sheet. Sending it back.

> 24 hourEven with the three settings, I could not really tell any difference. I suppose I could have given it more time but I found similar ones that were less expensive. On a positive note, the item was well packaged and not damaged.
